I have less than 450 miles on my new 2023 Lincoln Nautilus (Build on the Edge platform). I listen to music strictly through the use of a USB thumb drive. After several songs, numerous songs or many songs (varies) the SYNC 4 system locks up and flashes the message THE MEDIA FILE IS NOT AVAILABLE. The only way to reboot the system is to turn the radio off/on or remove and replace the USB device.
It doesn't happen at any one song or artist and I had used new USB devices (SanDisk, Samsung) and used formats NTFS, eFAT, FAT32. None work better or worse.
Any thoughts?
