Guess there's more to it than I thought. I have a 2011 Ford Edge Sport. My car is currently in the shop, so the image above is a reference picture. Mine would be dual controls with Sony (touch sensitive).

Hi all, I need advice on a fan speed control issue. The fan speed on my touchscreen center dash continuously clicks up and down. The Ford dealership told me it's a fuse behind the faceplate that needs replacing, but they are saying the entire faceplate needs to be replaced, which seems excessive. I was told the fuse box is under the driver's side, but the dealership mentioned a fuse behind the faceplate. Can someone confirm which fuse controls the buttons? Also, does the faceplate have a computer motherboard on the back? Lastly, is it possible to change a single fuse, or must the entire faceplate be replaced? Thank you, Pete
