I have a 2007 ford edge. Found the fans not working replaced the assembly and they work for 5 min, replaced them again, they worked in my drive way for 30 min. So i went for a drive and after 20 min on the road the car over headed. Both fans were not running so i towed it home and replaced the T-Stat then flushed the radiator out. Add new coolant. I ran the car for 5 min at 3500 RPM then at an idle. add a little more coolant. Both fans running, however when you turn the car off the both fans still run. pulled the plug going in to the module i have 13 volts going in and out of the fan module that came with the fans. Disconnected the plug coming out of the module to the fan and left off for 3 days. Then put back on and the fans still run. What sends power to the module. WHy would the fans stay on even after the car has been off for days
