I tried Autozone this am. They tested it and said the battery is fine. Thanks

Thank you. The dealer didn’t even test the battery. Dealers aren’t helpful.

I have a 2022 Ford EDge. For three months the auto start/stop feature does not work. Ialso get messages that the batter goes into deep sleep mode to conserve the battery. I am guessing that a low batter is the problem, but when I take it to the Ford dealership they don’5 know what the problem could be and they pump off. I am driving to Florida soon and I don’t what the car to die on the way due to a dead battery. Any idea how I can address this?
