You are a lifesaver. I thought it was behind the infotainment system. I checked the resistor, the blower, all fuses and relays. I even swapped out the pcm today thinking that had to be it. I am so thankful for this post and for your reply. Thank you !!!!

Hi Wes! Thank you so much for this! I have been struggling with this for almost a week and then finally I came across this post. These are out of stock everywhere and even lkq has never stocked it. I found one on e-bay that I hope will work. I am wondering if you have any of the pics showing where to get to this elusive part. Or which side access panel did you go through?
