How to I contact the "right" Ford people to complain?

Hey - it is your fuel pump. Our 09 does the same thing and the Dealer in Wichita KS admits FORD knows about the problem. Not enough people have complained about it yet.

Yes - we did this and received a $1000 rebate. One does have to ask. Ford does not want to give any money away that they don't have too.
