I got a recall letter march 8th 2024. I tried to get the dealer to fix it in mid year 2022 and again in earlier in 2023.they told no recall and the parts aren't avail in fords part and no after market. Basically they said you out of luck. Crazy though now, after sitting for 8 months it is no longer hissing and power brakes are working. I bet they won't replace it because the symptoms are not occurring.
