2014 Ford Edge SEL
This has happened every once in awhile for a few months now. It’s very similar to the regular warning chime but instead of the three notes we’re all familiar with, it’s just 2 notes and plays more rapidly. Previously it would just play the two notes once, this last time it played three times, rapidly. I’ll try to get a recording of it but as I said, it’s only every once in awhile.
Today I was waiting in my car with it turned off for maybe 30 minutes, when I started my car back up I already had my seatbelt on, and off went this strange chime. My instinct is telling me it’s code for something, but I can’t find anything on the web about it.
