Hi Everyone, New member and excited to be trying out a Ford (I've had Mazdas for years). Unfortunately, finding some little quality issues. Latest one is the hood seems to stick out around 1/4 inch farther on the drivers side than the passenger. Passenger side is nice and flush, the driver's side doesn't line up and sticks out. The hood seems to line up everywhere else fine. Please see attached pics. Anyone have this on their rigs? I've mentioned it to the dealer, waiting on a reply.

Thought I would chime in on the thread, although it's quite old and unanswered. I am noticing something similar with my '24 ST. Going to pop the tail light out and see how it looks. From what I can tell, looks like the tail light either rubbed or was aggressively installed at the factory and scratched the paint. I found a similar thread on a Focus forum where they had to shave some of the tail light off to keep it from touching. Good thing I asked for a touch up pen when I picked up the car!

Funny you mention this. I noticed yesterday, while being cut off and honking, at how wimpy the horn was on my '24. Wondering if I have one of the lesser horns. it doesn't sound like it has 2 or 3 tones in it..Sounds like one very weak tone. See attached vid. IMG_9601.MOV
