Mine did the same thing. It has nothing to do with tire size or shocks. Just cheaply made felt liners. When it rains the tires sling water, saturate them, they get heavy and just fall. It’s a terrible design. Mine started when my car was about a year old. My question is, are the replacement liners also felt or plastic?
