I have a 2014 Ford Edge with the 3.5. My check charging system light comes on about 30 seconds after I start the car. It stays on the entire time the car is running. I have a brand new AGM battery, a new aftermarket alternator ( puts out between 14-14.2 volts) and a new ring voltage sensor on the negative side of the battery. When I got the car used it had an aftermarket Alpine stereo which I replaced with a stock unit and I also have an aftermarket remote start. I'm at a loss as to my next step other than taking it in to have it scanned. Any thoughts ?
