I thought so too. I put a vacuum gauge on the solenoid and it wouldn’t hold vacuum until I covered the outlet. I put a new one (tested to make sure it was closed and it worked) cleared the code and about 15 miles later light came back on.
I have the same issue with my 09, I have replaced injectors with 1A auto injectors new MAF, new evap solenoid, seems like I have gone through it all, smoked the vacuum lines and the evap system. I would like to know if you find the answer.
Same codes both banks too rich.
