It looks like Ford had four separate recalls on Edge models across various model years for backup camera glitches in 2025. The most recent (NHTSA recall ID 25V572000) was issued on September 4, 2025. Pretty brutal year for Ford overall in terms of recalls, they had 19 recalls just affecting cameras (across all models) and 153 issued overall.

I wonder if anything in the Audio section of the owner's manual would be helpful (page 365). If not, maybe you could transfer the files from the USB to your phone and sync with the vehicle via CarPlay / Android Auto?
