Thanks for the link but it sounds like the "black" spots are a bit different than my problem. I've tried searching but cant seem to find many threads on this issue........

Hey All, We have a 08 Edge LTD with the 20 inch chrome covered wheels. I'm fanatical about keeping my cars clean but I just noticed a slight discoloration starting in the curves of the wheels. It's had to explain where it is but its in the curve within the "spokes" of the wheels. Kind of a coppery color that is barely noticeable but its there on all four. In some places its more noticeable than others. Doesnt polish off or anything. Is this normal? Anyone else have this issue??

Do you still have the intake?? Why do you wish to sell if you dont mind me asking??
