Did you ever get it fixed at some point? I have noticed lately that white particles are blowing out of my vents too. I noticed it after getting my edge back from the shop (dealer) for a different issue. It is really annoying because the white particles make a pretty big mess. And I noticed today it blows out of the rear vents as well. I'm going to make an appointment within the next week to try to get it fixed.
