UPDATE: Problem Solved! With the Vista roof open there is no rattle, Closed there is a rattle. Problem is the black plastic bezel around the open rear window. Seems it just touches the inside of the rear glass and rattles going over washboard type road serfaces. Felt with adhesive backing placed along top of plastic bezel solved the problem.

2007 MKX with vista roof. There is a rattle that has appeared at 1900 miles. I've checked the seats, plastic panels, and spare tire covers. Made sure it is not the spare tire covers by adding foam insulation. Still got rattles! Any ideas? Thanks, Cobra
