Bought a 2008 certified pre owned Edge last night. Didn't even make it home before it stalled. Then again and again. (As you all have said about when it is warm, this happened about 30minutes into driving.) It is back at the dealership right now. For all that have been through this, once it was "fixed" has it remained so? Thanks!

Bought a "certified pre owned" Ford Edge 2008 FWD tonight. Test drive went fine. On the way home, while on the freeway (not slick, not wet) and while cruise control was engaged, the traction light flashed on, then I lost power. I glided to a stop on the side of the freeway. Had to restart the car, and it happened again. Then again. Limped home. Obviously, we will be taking it back to the dealership tomorrow. But, is this a common problem? Easy fix? Basically, because it is certified pre owned, we have a 3day cancellation policy. So should we be cancelling? Or is this somehting that can be fixed and we move on? The carfax was completely clear. We love the car, is this an Edge issue - and should we be looking at a new car entirely? HELP
