Thanks.. The left hand side of the steeting wheel controls (Cruise control) works fine, whereas the right side controls (volume, media buttons) are not working. I feel the music system is not factory fitted. I will try to take the same to Ford showroom and try to find out. Is there any other way i can solve this, Please let me know Regards Sai

I have just bought a 2nd hand 2008 Limited Edge. But, now when i tried to adjust the volume/cruise controls, the buttons are not working. Is there any switch i need to turn it on to activate the same. It would be better if anyone of you can help me in this. I am not sure how to activate the steering controls. Thanks
