  1. we also have a 2010 Edge limited, 20" wheels, two have bent, and I am in the process of having my insurance adjuster meet me at the dealer to take pictures of the damaged wheels so i can at last get something out of this. service person said dents were caused by chuckholes, and i don't really believe it as we drive pretty carefully and not very far. car has about 6100 miles on it. we were denied anything by ford, stating it they were not defective, but they will not give me the damaged wheel, unless i pay a $250 core charge in addition to the almost $800 i paid for the wheel. it all sounds like bs to me, but we are stuck with having to get another wheel unless i want to keep puttting in air every other day or so
  2. We have had two whheks bent by "chuckholes" according to the dealer, no warranty coverage, not defective. Car has less than 6000 mikes, found out i could buy whee for about half the price the dealer charged me for the first one and also it is possible to repair, which the service advisor thought it could not be repaired. I need some collaboration for my case to Ford Customer Relations and now Public Relations
  3. Our 2010 Edge Limited, was losing air pressure, turned out to be dented 20" wheel, (from chuckhole??). Neither of us remember hitting a chuckhole very hard. Car has 5000 miles, cost was over $700. I was going to keep the wheel, but there is a $250 core charge. Dealer says they send it back to Ford for testing??? We are disgusted and now worried after we go over a bumpy or chuckhole filled road. We have corresponded with Ford and they feel our frustation, but can't do anything about it. Can't buy the insurance that they offerd at point of sale now either. signed A Happy (??) Ford Edge Owner
