I just got done removing mine. I had to contend with metal rivet type fasteners. I first drilled them out but they still did not release. I then tried the dremel with a small cut off wheel but I got nervous because it was coming too close to the bumper. I finally got frustrated and just pried the head of them off with a small pry tool while using the bracket as leverage. I tossd the bracket because it got kind of bent up in the process. I just had to have that ugly thing off of there!
