In the last few days I started to notice a HUM around 60k/m / 40MPH that disappears at higher speeds.
Originally I was thinking I have a bearing going in the rear end. At 205,000 KM I am not surprised and this would be the first failure on this vehicle of any kind.
My concern is an additional symptom, when backing up in reverse or leaving it in neutral on an incline the rear end seems to jam/lock up, the vehicle stops as if the the brakes are engaged, I am wondering if the bearing and wheel link assembly are the issue, has any one experience anything similar?
