Left side taillamp, power liftgate motor complete with mounting bracket, module and speaker and one rear bumper backup sensor with inner drivers side bezel. It seems that if there is 1/4 tank of gas in the car and I put , lets say, 1/2 a tanks worth of gas, the needle will immediately rise once I start ther car but if there is any less than 1/4 tank when I put gas in it, the needle and DTE are very slow to respond to this extra fuel. Very weird. I will tell you that this vehicle was in an accident in the driver's side 1/4 panel...could that have somehow damaged the float assembly? Like I said above, I removed the assembly and tested it with an ohmeter and it seems to be working. Maybe I should try replacing the assembly to see if that's the problem. Weird that I only have a problem when there is less than 1/4 tank of gas in the vehicle.

Yeah... Went out to clean it yesterday and turned the key on and now the gauge and DTE are reading correct. It seems that it takes awhile for it to get the correct reading. Is this common?

I have a 2008 Edge Limited that seems to have a problem with the fuel gauge. It seems that when I put fuel in it, the gauge is very slow to react, I pulled the float and tested it and it seems to work properly. Anyone else experience this and have any suggestions? Thanks

Hi, I've searched and can't seem to find an answer. Can the 2008 Ford Edge with Navigation be used as a DVD player while in park? I tried mine but it doesn't seem to work. Did this option only come available in the 09 unit? Thanks

Hi, I have a 2008 Edge Limited FWD that is leaking transmission fluid. It seems to be coming from in behind the black plastic cover on the transmission. The vehicle has only 12,000 kilometres on it but has no warranty as it was a rebuilder. Does this sound like the seal is gone or something worse? I took it to a shop and they quoted me $800 for the repair. I'd just like to get as much information about this as possible before considering my options. Does this need to be repaired immediately? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Any idea how I can find out exactly what kind it is? This was a rebuilder so I cannot contact the original owner. Might there be some kind of module that would indicate the make/model?

Hi, I just purchased a 2008 Ford Edge Limited and notice a flashing blue LED under the drivers side dash. Is this some type of aftermarket security system or is it a Ford option? I've checked around on the web and in the owner's manual and can't seem to find anything related to this. Thanks,
