LOL, that's exactly what my friend said since she can't hear the noise!!! WAY to much AC/DC!!!!!

I bought a new 2010 Edge in February 2010 and I LOVE it except one issue, the high whining pitch from the fuel pump. I've been told by the Ford Service department that this is normal and I just have to live with it. They gave me a 1-800 phone number to call and complain about it. Ford won't put out a "fix" to this problem unless they have a minimum of 25,000 people call and complain. So those having the problem, please call 1-800-392-3673 to report your fuel pump noise. I'm VERY disappointed that I just spent almost $30,000 on this car and have to hear this irritating noise EVERY DAY! I'm doing some research on this issue and since Ford won't install a new one, I may just end up having an after market fuel pump installed since I can't take it anymore.
