Before you replace the camera itself, you must verify the integrity of the wiring, connectors, and terminals. No short circuits, open circuits, poor connections, etc. Edited March 3, 2025 by Wubster100
Wubster100
Have you made any AsBuilt modifications that may have caused this?
Iroga
I will follow your recommendations. I have not made any changes.
Iroga
Did as recommended. Disconnected the connector. Rebooted the IMPA module. Enabled self-test. The result is in the photo.
Wubster100
There is definitely an issue with the IPMA or the wiring. Clearly the IPMA thinks that the heater circuit does not have any problems, but that is not true because the heater was disconnected from the IPMA. It's already warm and I won't be able to check the operation. I'll try to connect another camera later. I'll check the wiring from the camera, of course. If you disconnect the rain sensor, then Forscan sees that it's not there. Can updating the camera firmware help? Iroga
In section 151, figures 41 and 42, you can see the physical location of the connector for this C908 module. Can anyone help and post it here?
Wubster100
When testing, what does the ambient air temperature value show in the live data? The heater may be commanded on if the ambient temperature is below 5°C (41°F).

Iroga
Maybe me should install a different camera for testing?
Iroga
Replacing the IMPA did not help. Tell me, what if I connect this heating to the rear window or mirror heating?
