Exterior lighting failure can reduce visibility for the driver and other road users, increasing the risk of a crash.

Light Emitting Diode (LED) Driver Module (LDM).  On affected vehicles, a headlamp assembly’s LDM may fail. A failed LDM will result in that headlamp assembly’s high beam, low beam, position lamp, daytime running lamp and turn signal operation becoming inoperative. For Nautilus vehicles only, a failed headlamp assembly’s LDM also may result in the same-side rear tail lamp, rear turn signal, and rear position lamp becoming inoperative. Inoperative lighting features may result in non-compliance with FMVSS 108.
