markfm Posted 2 hours ago Report Share Posted 2 hours ago (edited) Catching up on some of the Nautilus SSMs. The Nautilus 5x in 7 seconds appears to apply when the vehicle has received Software Update 11 - Center Touch Screen (PHX-25.1.2.4). https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2025/MC-11020887-0001.pdf 22Jul 2025 Some 2024-2025 Nautilus, 2025 Explorer/Aviator/Expedition/Navigator vehicles may occasionally require a hard reset of the Ford/Lincoln Digital Experience system. To perform a hard reset, press and release the volume button on the center console 5 times within 7 seconds. Some vehicles with older level software may require the volume button to be pressed and held for at least 5 seconds. The Owners Manual is in process of being updated with this information.
