It says it includes the Class II hitch, trailer sway control (turned on or off through the driver's information center), larger radiator, upgraded cooling fans, wiring harness w/4 pin connector, and a 3500 lb towing maximum capacity. It says nothing about a transmission cooler upgrade or addition. Perhaps the larger radiator is the upgrade for the transmission cooling? You have a larger engine so I don't know if anything changed for the 3.7 MKX. I don't see a towing option for the Edge Sport (3.7 engine) so I can't tell if anything else would be different on yours. Have you checked the Lincoln website to see if anything is listed there? Here is a quick link where they talk about the tow/sway option.
