darienfalks Posted February 13, 2018 Report Share Posted February 13, 2018 Hello, Back in November my heated and cooled seats went out at the same time. I hit the red or blue seat buttons and it just turns on for two seconds and then is out. Fuses are good!. After some research online mostly pointing to the MKZ I have found that the temp. control module under the drivers seat can fail and or the ground wire in the connector for it will fail.
