pretty cool video. I dont know why they made the people so cheesy. And what was up with the screwed up voice dubbing.

I saw two '11 Edges today; one had a dealership frame around the plate so im assuming it was just a normal order. The other did not have a plate frame, so it might be a Ford lease, but I didn't get a look at the exp. tag to tell. My Edge was ordered a while back, its a Ford Management lease, and sill no word on when its coming down from Canada.

Well the Edge/MKX were delayed for over a month specifically because of issues with the My Ford Touch, so it unfortunately makes sense that there are bugs. And as far as the glove box and hood being off center/misaligned, that most defiantly does not mean the whole batch is bad. In fact, I have been working on quality testing for the new Jeeps for the past 3 months, and small misalignments are common, and vary from car to car. I know Ford is on a higher lever as far as quality, but the idea is the same.

I didnt real through every single post above me so sorry if this is old info My Dad works at Ford and we ordered a '11 Edge. And he said that there were a few issues that cause about an 8 week delay. But they are "ok to buy" now and are sitting up in Canada for the most part, just starting to be shipped out. From personal experience and talking to the Edge guys he thinks we will get ours early September. Im not sure if that is the same time for people getting them through dealerships.
