  3. Ford Corp. Customer Relations Manager on 12/10/10, said they are getting their SYNC TEAM right on mine??? I was told 12/09/10, they had already been to Dealership on 12/08/10 and could not get it to work. The Games continue....................
  4. I got mine from Folsom Lake Ford and I was told by a Lemon Law Lawyer to leave it in service so I did. They have given me a rental at no cost including gas & ins but it is not at the level of my trade-in or the dead edge. The Sales Manager told me as of 11/15/10 they have to honor CA Lemon Law without me saying anything about what I know about the subject.

  10. A question was posed in this forum due to Ford Edge SYNC defects saying they are sweeping this problem under the carpet and if it was a Japanese auto it would be front page news. Do you agree?
  11. I wish you much luck. Mine completely died 25 days ago and has been at Dealership service since then. It had started acting up 10 before that and died 4 days after first service visit-attempt to correct.   13. Do you believe them? That is what they were telling me at first but now have admitted there are many out there with a DEAD SYNC, LOCKED INSTRUMENT PANELS, NO LIGHTS AND LACK OF CLIMATE CONTROL.

  15. Well thanks to the supporters on this issue I got Ford Corp to admit there is a problem and the Dealership states there are now 600 Dealers trying to get this resolved. I spent time on the phone with Ford Corp and asked for them to be truthful and finally got an answer although reluctantly that SYNC defects are on more vehicles than just the one I have had in Service. I went to the Dealership and was told they only have a few days to fix because the California Lemon Law kicks in and Ford Corp...

  16. Thanks. Deceptive Marketing by Ford sounds about right, too. Well if it's any comfort while at the Dealership a couple of people were in process of buying 2011 Edges (not sure which ones but they were in place to close the deals) I made sure that the conversation was overheard by all.

Well thanks to the supporters on this issue I got Ford Corp to admit there is a problem and the Dealership states there are now 600 Dealers trying to get this resolved. I spent time on the phone with Ford Corp and asked for them to be truthful and finally got an answer although reluctantly that SYNC defects are on more vehicles than just the one I have had in Service.   24. Are you serious? You think going on 4 weeks with NO FIX and vehicle (2011 FORD EDGE SEL AWD WITH DEAD SYNC) still at Dealership Service is acceptable?
