I purchased a car in 02 and bought the extended warrenty,($1200) 3 months prior to the warrenty expiring the traction control went out $1500 for the repair a month later a one of its 8 computers died, $2200 for the fix. My experience with cars that have electronics if you keep them longer than the original warrenty. Jack

The dealer quoted me $2250 and change off the MSRP but I was quoted not shown a fee schedule for the $42000 Limited. Since I never have been able to trust car dealers I do not know if this is the Costco discount or something fabricated. May have to make a trip to Seattle to see what prices are there. Jack

Curious if anyone has gone this route and how do you know the price being quoted is the "Costco" pricing and not some figure thought up by a sales manager? Jack

I have been using Zaino Bros products for a number of years and they seem to give my car the best show car look. The Edge looks nice Shane. Jack

I drive a car with a HUD and the transition from it to one without takes a bit getting used to. I wonder why all the stuff in the dash could not be displayed on a HUD and then no one would have to look to the console. I can not imagine the cost would be significant. Sorry if this is in the wrong spot. Jack

I agree with the above. The have to take it or else is crap as long as you have not signed the acceptance paper. I have never heard a dealer doing that and 1K? normal is usually 500, something is wrong here. Jack

Thanks, have not done the purchase yet. Where I live there is only one dealer and what they get in sell in a couple of days. Looks like I am going to have to make the drive to Seattle once the winter settles down. I hate it where there is no competition. Jack

Hi, I am a newbie and so far I have learned a lot about the edge's positives and negatives. Wife wants a 2011 Limited with a 302A package and 20" rims. The single thing I can not put a finger on is does it have an outside temperature sensor with cabin reading. Really not my kind of a vehicle but want to make her happy. Jack
