Just picked up a Limited AWD last week and noticed the same thing yesterday. Driver door not flush (especially noticeable on window part and on the roof line), it is kind of a warp on the top third of the door. Does anyone have additional feedback from the dealer or even an explanation from Ford?

Just took delivery of a 2011 Limited White Platinum this week. Yesterday I noticed same "rusty" spots at the bottom front corner of the front doors (exactly same location as described). No spots whatsoever on back doors. Spots not as solid as shown on your pictures, but still very noticeable with shades of rusty orange. Will take pictures and send to dealer. Too much of a coincidence in my opinion.
