Hi as well Crstfr, Have not been to the site lately since I was at the dealer a few times to troubleshoot my 2011 SEL's SYNC system. Bluetooth stopped recognizing my iphone and my iphone can no longer "see" SYNC???? My wife's phone had same symptoms. Brought it in to dealer and the sales guy could not get connected with his iphone either. It's in service today, lets see how it goes. Worked great for 2 weeks. Other than that its a great car. Really like the blind spot monitor and cross traffic warning. Drives well and handles pretty good, not like my MX5 tho. Ill report back on the SYNC resolution, I hope.

I have a 2011 SEL and am sorry to hear about your dash problems. Sounds like you gave Ford ample opportunity to fix the still unresolved problem and you should look into your state's LEMON LAW. I would also insist on a loaner while they think about how to fix your car in the interim. If the present dealer is not sympathetic look for another one who is more competent. you should not have to endure these delays. IMHO.
