My '15 Edge (purchased Aug. '15) is experiencing the same problem. The only option I can't get to is the climate control settings under the remote start menu. The problem just started this winter it has worked fine previously, cool in the summer, warm in the winter including the seats. Now the climate control seems to be in the "last set" mode when I remote start the car. All the other options work as they are supposed to. Been trying to find the time to get to the dealer to get it looked at. It's nice to know I'm not losing my mind.
