I just had the same problem. Saw the song title with the clock running but no sound. Radio, CD fine. Master Reset did nothing but make me wait for the indexing to finish. Still didn't work. Pulled the fuse for a few seconds and put it back in. Seems OK now. Fuse is 3rd from top left if anyone is interested (#3, YMMV). Hope it lasts. By the way, I don't have a phone paired so don't think that is part of the cause. It's from Microsoft, so guess we'll need to 'reboot' every once in a while John

I had looked into this before picking the Limited. One other difference is that the Limited comes with BOTH the Premium and Seating Flexibility packages as standard. With the SEL, you have to pick one or the other. Therefore, the SEL should be cheaper as the cost of either of those options is significant. - John

Thanks again Marcus, That explains why the tracks were there, but I couldnt access via voice commands. All fixed now. Good info on the re-indexing too. Thanks to jamers1's pictures, I know why I cant see the track count (dont have the NAV screen). Regards, John

Marcus, Is there an issue with using all capital letters in the track, artist or album names? The reason I ask, is in another thread, someone couldnt call up his address book on his phone and finally found out it was due to all caps. Does this apply to the MP3 players as well? That would be really good to know. Also, any idea what the 'significant size change' would be? I don't want to perform a master reset after the phones are paired, so I would rather add or delete 'dummy tracks' if need be to trigger a re-index. Jamers1, How did you get a track count? Did you get sync to somehow display the number of tracks? Thanks. John
