My Lincoln MKX has been in the shop for over 45 days (including one long stay of 35 days) I have had 3 rental cars. It is having trans problems and other minor things (oil leak, windows, ect...) How did you go about getting Ford to replace your Edge? Did you just get in touch with customer service or did you have to go the "Lemon Law" route? I would really like to get mine replaced if possible, but not with alot of hassle. Thanks Scott

My MKX has been in the shop for the same problems and The first time It was in for 1 week, (they changed the transfer case gasket or something) This time it has been almost 4 weeks and they claim they can't find the problem and are getting no codes from the transmission. I know for sure it is slipping. Does anyone know the lemon law if I bought the car in Ohio, but I live in WV. Anyone with any answers would be great! I'm getting tired of paying for Sirius Radio and not even getting to listen to it. I forgot what my car even looks like. I have been in a rental car for over a month. Thanks

I have a MKX and the same thing was happening to me. I also noticed oil spots on my driveway. I took it in and they first told me it was a gasket leaking, so they ordered the part then when I took it back to have the part put on they called me and told me the whole transfer case had to be replaced and I have been in a rental car for a week now.
