here is the first set. sorry pics are blurry, hard to get a good shot indoors with my digital camera i'm using. This is the smoke tint, and is what i would recommend for anyone wanting their headlights tinted. Pictures are taken with the flash off, but lenses are darker in person.

good news guys. I finally have the tinted headlights finished, and they look great i think. i'll get pics up tonight or tommorow.

The set is done and is ready to ship - BTW - Abrannan19- I have changed my formula slightly after the first set, and feel i have it dialed in. I know you were worried about safety and visibilty, and with this, you should not have an issue. It is the same tint that jill has, so maybe she can take some day shots for you to show the visibility from say, 100 feet away or so.

Hey guys, if you're wondering why this hasn't taken off faster, my first set of headlights came in broken. I should have another set come in mid to late this week. I already have the tint waiting (smoke) for the lenses. Do we want to start a core list? Lenses are insurance grade - meaning they are new take-offs with no damage to them. The core will run 230 which will fully be refundable, upon receiving the stock lenses back, less any shipping costs over 15 dollars - Remainder comes out of 230 core return. The cost to tint will be 140 and i cover the first 15 dollars shipping. The 140 includes the tint and the install. Basically, your cost, after returning your stock set, would be 140. I think that's a very fair price considering the material cost and installation. The smoke will compliment my tinted tails very well, but keep in mind, there is also HID blue, yellow, charcoal (not technically street legal) and clear (for stone protection). Still waiting for the lenses to arrive. I'll post a pic when i'm done. As for the grill, if it's plastic, you can't powder coat it, or it will melt. I would just suggest painting it body color. I could even do that if you're interested, but would say your local body guy would charge you roughly the same, after shipping to me and back is figured in.

i will be able to get you a lighter tint, so, when you come up in line for the tails just remind me. As for the headlights, no problem, i can install it for you, there are definately some tricks to getting it to lay right. Chad.

this is lamin-x. i am a vendor, and can get you headlight and fog protection for just a bit under what lamin-x offers if you want to install it yourself, however i offer a 5-yr warranty if i install. i can get fairly large discounts if you are interested in bumper and hood protection.

This will allow those who want their headlights tinted, but are unable to do so because they can't send them in. I will be offering tint in HID blue, Euro Yellow, and light and dark tint. The dark tint is recommended only for show vehicles, due to the decrease in light transmission. I will get back to you with pricing, but for now, expect to pay around 300. The core return is going to be around 150 and i will include the first 15 dollars shipping, just like with the tails. The tint will carry a five year warranty against peeling. so, it looks to me, like the last two pictures, with the reverse lit, and with the brakes on, there is no difference that i can see in light transmission lost during the night??? i would be interested in seeing the day comparison. Chad.

Abrannan - that is the "medium" tint, however, keep in mind this is a different formula tint i am using for the clear lenses, so the traditional medium i have used for red lenses will not have the same exact look to it as this "medium"
