We get lots of compliments on our White Sand Edge. It has kind of a pearl-like sheen. It isn't a white white like Ford's oxford white, but it is much whiter than creme. White Sand wasn't available on 07's and I don't remember there being a Pearl at all.

Even though I don't fit the slim and trim category, that doesn't seem to be the problem. We've even tried the belt with nobody in the seat and it still locks up. The service team at the dealer have all tried it out and have the same results. The last one they installed works part of the time but more often than not it locks up too. Hope they can get it figured out.

The seat belt on the front passenger seat of our 2008 Edge Limited keeps locking up. Our dealer has replaced the belt mechanism twice but it still locks up. The dealer is now contacting Ford for advice. They seem stymied about what is causing the problem. Anyone else having this problem? Have you had any luck resolving it?

We ordered an Ice Blue 2008 Limited Edge with camel interior. After ordering we discovered the camel interiors actually only give you camel colored seats. The dash, steering wheel and doors are black. The doors do have camel inserts. We were lucky enough to be able to change our order because we think the camel/black is plain ugly. It might look good with a black exterior but otherwise is not pretty. We are now getting the white sandstone with light stone interior. Ford does not offer the gray interiors with the Blue Ice which is totally crazy in my opinion. Blue and gray would be a natural match. We ordered our Edge on Oct. 11, changed the colors on Oct. 29 and have just been informed it will arrive the week of Nov. 19.
