My '07 mkx does the same thing. Did you ever get your's fixed? What did they do to fix it?

On a mountain pass I would expect it, but a 20 foot tall highway overpass?

I have an '03 Expedition that chimes and our '01 Aurora chimed also.

'07 mkX FWD. Doing about 75 (A/C on), cruise on the mkX transmission will downshift (or disengage the torque converter) going over a highway overpass. Anyone else have similar behavior of the transmission hunting for the right gear. Scott.

I have an 07 mkX. When the MTE "Miles to empty" reaches 50 miles, the display shows "LOW FUEL" but there is no warning chime. Does anyone else get a chime when low fuel indicator comes on? Scott.
