I purchased my harness from Etrailer.com I installed it myself and it was relatively easy but time comsuming. The instructions are straight forward and easy to follow. The tail lights have to be removed to plug in the T connector and the side panelling has to be partially removed. You can go to etrailer.com and get the instructions. Dan

I just recently purchased a cargo mat from Ford online. The purchase price was $80.00 plus shiping. Fedex delivered it yesterday and I was very disappointed when I opened the package. The mat is very flimsly and in my opinion not worth the price I paid. I guess I paid for the word Edge on the mat. I certainly learned a lesson about Ford accessories.
