  1. Hi, since new my 2015 Edge Titanium has experienced periodic times when windshield wipers don't respond to the switch. I can turn on to low, high and even just push down the lever for a quick swipe and they won't go. Wait a few minutes and they work fine. It will go weeks between issues. Anybody else have this happen? I found tonight that if I pull the lever to wash the windshield, the wipers responded when they hadn't been before. Not sure what to tell dealer...assume they will need to see it happen to diagnose.
  2. The issue, according to my Ford dealership, is only with the AWD version of the 2015 Edge as the brakes are larger and will not accommodate a 17" rim at all. I am about to pull the trigger on wheel and tire package including 18" alloy RSSW rims in matte black and either Cooper or Bridgestone Bizzaks at total cost of about $1730 with tax. I was able to sell my set of 17" steel rims and 3 yr old snows off 2013 Edge for $450, so I am still in the hole for over $1200 that should never have to be spent. Thanks a lot Ford!
  3. I had my salesman (former service tech) try to mount it. Definitely a no-go. I bought the snow tire rims through Ford dealership when I got them 2+ years ago, and mounted them each winter, so I know they fit properly on my current Edge. Interested to hear if someone else has different experience, but as for me, I am looking at new rims for winter tires.
  4. I recently ordered a new 2015 Edge Titanium with the 20" wheels and I took along one of my 18" winter rims from my 2013 Edge Limited to ensure that it would fit over the brakes on the new Edge. I was disappointed to find that the brakes weren't the issue - the bolt pattern is a few millimeters different. So I guess its new winter rims for the new car. Tires will be fine though so its just the rims.
