911 assist error and dealer cannot fix it.

Rusty813 I work at Ford. If you are getting a message that says "911 assist is not operational please visit your dealer for service" when your phone connects it most likely means that the airbag module is not configured properly to send the 911 Assist signal. Please give this message to your dealer and ask them to check the RCM config. If your getting some other message please advise.
