The Prozen I ordered on ebay has a regular washable cone filter. I think the K&N was +$45. You are right, the one on his site comes with a K&N. I mainly used Ebay because they have the temp. BillMeLater promotion for 0% interest for 6 mo. for $99-$498 (ends Oct.).

That is what I was thinking. I just bought a Prozen CAI so I think the wife is going to put the exhaust on hold until my birthday in March. I think then I will just change the stock mufflers to turbo type mufflers. I am basing that on the other exhausts I have heard on this forum. My wife likes to drive it so she won't let me make it too loud. She normally drives an '08 Altima SL.. I do like modding my cars even though I am 50. My last car wan an '06 Lincoln LS and I had a modded exhaust (my design), CAI and SCT tune. It was a VERY fast and fun car to drive. It just has some trans. problems.

I've got a Prozen on the way I bought on Ebay. It is $25 cheaper on Ebay than his website. I have an '07 MKX. So far, I am the 3rd buyer of his 6 avail. on Ebay right now. I will post any changes. I did have an SCT tuner. I used the stock tune and only saw a little mpg increase but really no extra power. I sold it on Ebay to buy my wife an early Christmas present.

I plan to have my exhaust modded for a more aggressive sound. I normally design my own exhaust changes and buy my own mufflers and take it to my indy garage. Does anyone know the exhaust pipe size going into the mufflers? Thanks

The clarify the above statement. That is 65% city and 35% hwy. Actual 50% each is 20 mpg. Hwy. only is 24 - 25 mpg, city only is 16.5 - 17 mpg.

I have an '07 MKX 120k and average 17.5 - 18 mpg. I have found less ethanol = more mpg. When I use heavy ethanol, over 10%, I get 16 mpg combined. I have tested this repeatedly and have gotten the same results EVERY time. By the way, at 120k my MKX runs like a swiss watch.
