  1. I also have the exact same issue. Mine started a month ago immediately after I did the latest software update. Before the update I never had a problem.
  2. I'm not sure. I know it's up to date on the updates. supposedly there's going to be a software upgrade coming soon. T mobile hasn't gotten it yet
  3. I just updated last week. It was doing this before the update as well
  4. I have a 2010 ford edge with sync and a Samsung s4. My problem is when trying to make a call. If the phone screen is turned off (such as in my pocket) and I try to make a call, the display immediately shows "call ended". Now if I put in my password and the screen is illuminated, everything works perfect. Any ideas? Very annoying
