Hello has anyone had to have this repaired? If so, approximately how much did it cost? After a couple of winters with my heat going out, my mechanic reset a couple of codes to get my heat going, but now I am getting a damper code and the driver side heat is not working. I am taking my Edge into the dealership this week.

I have had the same problem with my 2013 EDGE. My mechanic checked the actuator codes and got B11E-5 AND B11E-6. He cleared the codes and the heat worked fine. First time he charged $50 second he charged $40. He told me that I need to go to Ford and have them reprogram my climate control module.

i have had the exact same problem on my 13. I took it to my mechanic. He found 2 actuator codes (BIIE-5 AND BIIE-6) He cleared the codes and told me to go to Ford to reprogram the climate control module. My mechanic charged me $50.

2013 SEL with less than 60K miles. Heat has gone out. It blows but only cold. Suggestions on what it may be? Thermostat? Thank god for seat warmers.

I think I will just use my phone for navigation if it's going to cost that much

Its definitely the MyFord Touch and it has "Information" in the top right screen. I assume this means I don't need to worry about getting an SD card? Thanks for your response Omar.

It's a 2013. I am honestly not sure if its My Ford Touch or Sync 3, but it does have an SD slot in the console.

So my EDGE does not have an SD Navigation card. It seems as if I have an option to purchase an SD card then pay a $60 annual fee to have this feature or it looks as if Sirius has a subscription that includes a navigation feature. Can anyone comment on which navigation option they prefer? Thanks

Hello, after years of threatening to buy an EDGE, i finally sold my 2006 Murano with a quarter million miles on it and upgraded to a 2013 SEL with 21K miles on it. I am very happy with my purchase and I am curious to know if there are any special steps I need to take when syncing my new car. The vehicle had one owner previously. It is my understanding that syncing is a process and takes a bit of time. Any other comments/advice would be appreciated too.

Nice car. I only drive black. I am eyeballing a 2013 Sport with 9k miles on it. About what are you getting mileage wise on yours? Are you still pleased with it?

2nd post....believe it or not, over 4 years later I am finally seriously shopping for a 2013 or 2014 EDGE. My Murano now has 250K miles on it and I have a buyer....my bartender. I have found a loaded 2013 Sport with 9K miles on it for $30K, but they don't get the gas mileage the other trims do. It sure is a sharp car though. Is 17/23 pretty accurate for owners of the Sport?

I rented a 2013 EDGE Limited over the weekend and am thinking of getting one myself. OP, why did you choose the EDGE? What other vehicles were you considering?

Hello, First post here. I have had my 2006 Nissan Murano for about 4.5 years and I rented a 2013 Edge Limited over the weekend and drove it to Indianapolis for a concert. It's a nice vehicle. I suspect the various models get different gas mileage, but is the 2013 line the best performing when it comes to MPG? What are some of the major differences between the 2012 and 2013's? Thanks.
