Same thing here Dave, I live in Ottawa and ordered my Ford Edge from the factory on Dec 27th, and on Jan 25th I was on my 1st road trip with my new car!

Yup I am in the same boat as Craig, I leased an Edge at 6.1% and picked it up Jan 23...only to find out Feb 1 that I got screwed...have to admit I am quite disappointed.

So I have a question, there is a Ford Dealership 2 blocks from my house with a reasonable reputation for service, but not such great prices...so I bought my Edge from a dealer halfway across town...is thier any downside from getting all of my servicing done by the dealer 2 blocks from my house instead of the dealer I bought the car from?

Hi folks, got to say what a fantastic forum this is. Before coming across this forum I placed an order for a 2008 Edge Limited. Delivery is not expected for another 5 weeks or so. Is it too late to try and get a X-Plan number and take it to my dealer or am I stuck with the deal I made (have only given him a $500.00 deposit). Thanks. Meckwell
