  1. Anybody ever have an issue with aftermarket wheels getting out of balance frequently? I've had my new wheels on for only a couple months, and have already had them balanced twice. Getting a little frustrating. I'm not sure what the problem is. I hope somebody might have some recommendations. Thanks!
  2. To be honest, for the reasonable price Chad at Unique charges, you are best to go with him and have them professionally done. His work is fantastic and you'll be more than happy with the results. I've seen alot of botched DIY jobs...just not worth it in my opinion.
  3. I'll take some pics tonight. The last ones I took didn't have the tails tinted.
  4. The ride of the 20s is fine. Still very soft. They are a fairly wide tire so the 50 series still provides alot of sidewall, plus the handling is improved over the 18s IMO. That being said, I upsized to 22s and still find the ride pretty decent. I was expecting much stiffer but it's not much different than my stock 20s.
  5. To be honest, I can't even remember. It got confusing because I bought an HID kit, the headlight tint and the taillight tint. Chad will be able to tell you exactly how much the end cost will end up being. The only real variable will be the shipping costs. I spent a little more because I'm in Canada and had to pay some duty but if you are in the US, shipping is cheap. Well worth the money though...I love the way my Edge looks!
  6. Chad, my stock tails are on the way back to you. The tint turned out perfect...they look amazing!!! Thanks again!
  7. Thanks... Don't get quite the same FM reception with the stubby but since i only listen to the iPod or satellite radio, it's fine....and it looks much bettter. Best $10 mod you'll ever do
  8. I always get compliments on my stubby Yup, got it exactly where you recommended Lex!
  9. Just in case you wanted to see my setup. Unfortunately, the pic does not do the HIDs justice. They look MUCH better in person but my camera can't seem to pick up how they really look. I've included a couple daytime pics too
  10. I did both my low beams and fogs with HID kits and i do not regret it one bit. Looks great and lights up the road very well. I have tinted headlights so ended up putting the 55W kit in the lows. Just used a 35W kit for the fogs. Did 6K for both and i love 'em!!!
  11. That's great news...I'm gonna have to get one of these tools. If you guys have a link to the ones you have, it'd be greatly appreciated!
  12. $20!! That's alot cheaper than I was thinking. Definitely going to have to look into picking one of those up. I paid the dealer $42.50 to do it...and that's only once. Going to have to pay that twice per year so the tool might be a wise investment. Thanks!
  13. Ya, I would love to know how much the tool cost. Just put my new 22s on and had to have the dealer re-calibrate the new TPMS. Will have to pay every spring & fall when I swap my summer & winter tires to get this done....what a pain. I had originally thought the re-calibration could be done easily through a setting on the dash...unfortunately I was wrong.
  14. Those look amazing!!! Chad, can you please do mine exactly the same. Thx
  15. Chad, would you be able to post those beside a pic of the stock to see how dark they are tinted in comparison. Thanks!!
