The more important question to me; is the rest of the vehicle what you are looking for? If it is, then don’t let the MFT scare you off, yeah it was bad when it first came out and the car magazines had a fun time trashing it. Like any piece of new technology the MFT system has had some growing pains, however, Ford does seem to be aggressively working on getting those fixed. Even if it takes a couple of more revisions, I think it will get to be a ‘solid’ system.

Thanks for the reply. Something has definatly gone strange in that I do not have an option for temp under the settings and the black dotted line in the rear view camera went buh bye on me too . Too bad that I can't just try again. I will let it be until the 10th and use syncmyride to do the latest and greatest, and if tht has problems, then I will take it to the dealer and let them figure it out.

OK, I am a newbie 2011 Sport owner. I downloaded and installed V3.22 a couple of days ago and everything seemed fine... until my phone would not reconnect, I did a system reset and I swear it rolled me back to my previous version I lost the temperature being displayed by the time and my calendar date now say Apr 15. Being IT geek, I thought I would go back to the sync webpage and just download/reinstall, but because I reported a successful upgrade, that option is not available to me. The dealership says I can leave it for a day (or longer) and they will investigate. I don't suppose anyone has the install package and could email it to me? I just have a feeling that I need to reapply the update and then never reset it again Thanks in advacne for any help or suggestions G

I just couldn't handle the gas mileage of my 04 F-150 any longer, and the wife hated driving the beast, so off to the dealership we went to look at an Escape, then we saw HER; 2011, platinum white, panoramic sunroof, 22 inch rims… The wife and I knew it was a better choice. More room, more power, better looking (imo), nicer interior, more power, better handling and the list goes on. It has only been a week and 300 miles, but so far so good.
