I recently came across the radio setup for the ford edge sport with sony built in. The only problems is, it doesnt have the touchscreen head unit included. Would I be able to use this with my SE and maybe use an aftermarket radio to take the place of the oem one?

Looks nice! I really want these! If anyone else has them for sell, please let me know!
