  1. Found my answer... I didn't know that you had to set a prefered dealer before you could view the report. http://boards.synccommunity.com/n/pfx/forum.aspx?sr=y&msg=7794.1&nav=messages&webtag=fordsyncmb
  2. but are you physically able to view the report through syncmyride.com?
  3. if you go to syncmyride.com it just sends you to support.ford.com and you go from there. but how do you actually view the report? I'm not able to. I also have state farm. How would I have one sent to them?
  4. Still new here and trying to figure out some of the features. I ran the VHR and when i log on to support.ford.com and click view report it just takes me to the dealer locater page. Am I doing something wrong or is their page wrong? I have attached a picture showing the link circled in red.
  5. And i would hope that this would be a FREE reprogramming? I'm just worried that if/when i add the lighting that i will have to jump through hoops to get it fixed.
  6. I have been looking in to this for my 13. It's a dealer recommended install just for the amount of wiring that will have to be done. And i think they will have to add the feature to MFT so you will be able to change the colors. I think the dealer quoted me around $400 for the kit including install.
  7. That's what i was thinking. Which is why i won't be doing it. But it's also the high $1400 price tag that turned me off right away.
  8. Yeah. i was just mentioning that they would need to buy the module then install and setup the MFT software. Is there a way to tell if i already have the GPS module? It's just the killer price of $1400 to do this that gets me. Now is when i wish i was really close to a ford tech to have them hook me up on the edge.
  9. I have just talked to a ford dealer around my way and they have a person (don't know who or what company) that they will use to enable the nav on MFT. I don't know what they do but they need the GPS module and it costs $1400 to do this. This company has supposedely done the activation ~12 times. I know i'm not dumping this kinda money but it's nice to know that it is possible
